Rachel’s work has been awarded by Cannes Lions, The One Show and D&AD, exhibited in the Canadian Museum of History, written about in the New York Times and tweeted about by Kim Kardashian.
She was ranked the #1 Creative in Singapore (2024), #14 Asia’s Most Awarded Women In Advertising (2024), Creative Director of the Year (2023), and Strategy Magazine’s #7 Best Art Director in Canada. She created the #1 Most Awarded Social Campaign in Canada as a junior art director, and she helped lead her agency to Digital Agency of the Year in 2024.
Rachel was a Cannes Lions Jury member in 2025, and earned back-to-back Cannes Glass Lion nominations in 2023 and 2024. She is one of fifteen women globally recognized by Cannes Lions See It Be It 2019 as a prominent female leader in the industry.
After leading teams in North America, Europe and Asia, she left the agency world to become an independent creative consultant. Rachel founded the Wild Ones to ignite exceptional creative work by closing the gap between clients and creatives.

Chris Ross

Chris is an award-winning writer and film director who has lead teams across the UK, US and Germany. His creative work has won over 100 awards including eight Cannes Lions, five D&AD pencils and two Grand Prix.
In 2025 he founded After School Club, a production company focused on making narrative works with radical tenderness. In summer 2025 Chris wrote, directed, co-edited and produced the BAFTA-qualifying short film Our Kingdom. His debut work is an official selection of the 72nd International Short Film Festival Oberhausen and the 1.4 Awards.
Chris strives to tell soulful stories that are warm, gentle and filled with everyday magic. He specializes in evocative storytelling and film craft.
